After experiencing my own personal wellness journey after many years of a high stress nursing career, working through a pandemic and just living in today's life demands I realized that something had to drastically change in my life, and I was the only one who had the power to change it. I sought out the holistic field knowing after working in the western medicine field for over 25 years that it wasn't the kind of  help I needed. The transformation that I experienced was truly life changing.  I knew that my career path had now changed directions forever and I had to share this knowledge with anyone who was open to experience it.    My mission is to help individuals regardless of their current state of health or risk factors to obtain their most optimal state of wellness by empowering them with the knowledge, skills and self-healing tools to become their best WELL SELF! I am a Board Certified Nurse Coach and  Holistic  Nurse as well as certified in LED Light Therapy and  Vibroacoustic Therapy . Nurse coaches promote and facilitate the growth, healing and wellbeing of the whole person by using coaching principles and healing modalities that integrate body-mind-emotion-spirit-environment. Your time and story are important to me, and no one knows you, like YOU!   I have nearly 30yrs of critical care nursing experience and specialize in the coaching of individuals with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular  disease or risk factors and those who want to prevent them.   I practice with a holistic approach and only promote all natural products.
